Stankevych is an oil painter from Ukraine, whose amazing food art attracted almost 200,000 followers and millions of views to her Instagram page. She wants her three-dimensional representations of food to transcend traditional painting, and that’s why she enjoys using newspapers as a canvas.
Stankevych came up with the idea to focus on painting food during her travels through Indonesia, Turkey, France, and Egypt. The rich tapestry of global culinary experiences she got to explore significantly influenced her artistic vision.
