Post Malone and Backbone Team Up for a Limited-Edition Controller That Glows in the Dark

American rapper Post Malone is known for being an avid gamer, and he is now sharing his passion for video games with a limited-edition controller designed in collaboration with tech company Backbone.

Backbone x Post Malone controller is aimed at those who play their video games via smartphone. The users only need to snap their smartphone into the controller, and it turns into a handled console.

The controller has a translucent design and comes with a number of intriguing features, including a glow-in-the-dark option and an aluminum D-pad and buttons. Additionally, it is adorned with the Post Malone logo and housed in a hand-made acrylic box that features the “Rockstar” rapper’s signature.

Unfortunately, not everyone will be able to get their hands on the Backbone x Post Malone controller. It is a limited-edition release, and the first 500 units have already been sold out. Currently, the fans can join a waitlist in case another batch gets released.

“Backbone found the perfect solution to bring gaming on the road,” Malone said in a statement. “My schedule makes it difficult to game from home as much as I want. Grateful to collaborate with them on this release.”
