Rope Drop Design’s Disney Clothes Are Made From Old Bedsheets

If you’re a huge fan of theme parks, you’re fully aware that no visit is complete without an elaborate outfit. No one knows this better than Kelsey of Rope Drop Design, who became a viral social media sensation after she started making Disney-themed clothes from old bedsheets.

Kelsey loved visiting theme parks for as long as she can remember, and she found a way to make each visit to Disney World extra special. She started crafting ears that perfectly fit her clothes, and she decided to start making her outfits even more elaborate after she created a pair with old bedsheets.

She used the leftover fabrics to put together a matching dress, and the upcycling process brought her so much joy that she simply couldn’t stop. Her fellow Disney fans were obsessed with her dress, and many of them wanted one just like it, so she decided to start making more.

She started searching for second-hand bedsheets with her favorite characters at local thrift stores and decided to master her sewing skills. This eventually led to the launch of her fashion brand Rope Drop Design, which sells unique, made-to-order dresses, skirts, shirts, and jackets inspired by the Disney classics we all know and love.
