]]> Annita Maslov is an Australian-based artist who recently gained a lot of exposure thanks to both her illustrations and work as a tattoo artist. Her tattoos are gaining particular attention thanks to Maslov’s nature-inspired art that is done in gothic style with the overwhelming use of black ink.

Maslov spent a good portion of her career as a freelance illustrator, doing a healthy amount of commissioned tattoo designs. This inspired her to transition to tattooing, and it ended up being a great decision.

She is now working in Melbourne’s Heretic Tattoo Studio, where clients line up just to have a piece of her art on their skin.
