This “independent cake artist,” as Vincentini describes himself on Instagram, has gathered almost 230k followers on this social platform. It’s all thanks to his talent to make cakes that you’d never think are cakes – until you see him cutting through them.
“People’s reactions have been the best part. They usually go nuts but there have been people who say it makes them uncomfortable to watch,” Story Trender quoted this young artist. “I feel great when finishing a cake. A little relieved too. After looking at something for so long, you kind of just start nit-picking every little thing. I totally do that with my cakes but that’s what makes them even more spot on.”
He notes that he’s actually not a cake person, but figures that people love the taste of his cakes based on their reactions. He’d never make a cake that looks great and isn’t delicious!
