]]>Madina’s fine arts training and Tortik’s architectural background created one-of-a-kind desserts, from delicately decorated sheet cakes to multi-layered creations. Some cakes highlight Madina’s creative approach to the craft while others feature the architectural experiences of Tortik.
The process is both a labor of love and an experimental expression of their creativity. “Creating a single cake may take a week,” Madina told My Modern Met. “Ideas simply come to us, and sometimes, they emerge as we experiment.”
