There\u2019s an Instagram account called \u201cI Dolci di Gulliver,\u201d who offers delicious cakes & desserts with a twist \u2013 they’re filled with little figurines and toys to create a playful yummy-looking worlds.\n
The account is owned by Italian professional confectioner Matteo Stucchi, who has 25 years of experience in making pastries.\n
Inspired by Gulliver\u2019s Travels, he is able to capture the activities in Lilliput, a mythical land of tiny people, living in a world made of sweets. These miniatures are placed in life-sized desserts, giving these pastries a new perspective.\n Stucchi believes that \u201cIn a dessert, decoration is as important as the taste.\u201d While his desserts are without a doubt delicious, it\u2019s really his food art scenes that steal the show. From cupcakes turning into a Ferris wheel, to chocolate cake becoming a volleyball scene, this pastry chef has confectionery artwork for every occasion.
