In 2009, siblings Madina and Tortik Yavorskaya opened\u00a0Tortik Annushka, a bakeshop who offers impressive selection of amazing cakes with a touch of artistic and architectural design.\n

Madina\u2019s fine arts training and Tortik\u2019s architectural background created one-of-a-kind desserts, from delicately decorated sheet cakes to multi-layered creations. Some cakes highlight Madina\u2019s creative approach to the craft while others feature the architectural experiences of Tortik.\n

The process is both a labor of love and an experimental expression of their creativity. \u201cCreating a single cake may take a week,\u201d Madina told My Modern Met. \u201cIdeas simply come to us, and sometimes, they emerge as we experiment.\u201d\n

On top of their wedding and celebration cakes, Tortik Annushka also offers confectionery classes through their baking school, in which you will be able to learn all the secrets of confectionery art. Scroll down to see their latest creations below.\n
