Andrew McIntosh is a Scottish artist who paints abandoned\nbuildings with wonderful interiors, transforming them into new structures. Merging\nreality with surreal things, you can see the deserted structures opening up to dreamlike\nand out of this world paintings.\n\n\n\n

McIntosh likes to explore different buildings around his country, searching for the one with the most layers and an interesting past waiting to be unfold. \n\n\n\n

\u201cAs you look closer at the paintings you will notice a cutaway voyeuristically offering a view into the building. Here I enjoy depicting the obsessive subject as an incongruous fantastic element, sometimes beside a masterpiece or a fresco,\u201d he wrote on his website. \n\n\n\n
