When people think of classical art they usually imagine traditional oil paintings with flowers, fruits, or countryside landscapes. But this doesn’t mean they can’t feature cans of Pringles, an entire McDonalds Big Mac menu, or even Pennywise. At least that’s what New York-based artist Dave Pollot thinks.

I’ll be releasing five hand embellished prints of “Calorie Composition II” this Thursday at 2pm EST with @guyhepner and @taxcollection. Each one is unique – hand touched with oil paint, signed and numbered. Oh, and one of them definitely has an orange Snoball (Globall) painted in to celebrate the fall/Halloween season. #oilpainting #contemporaryart #stilllife
