Bristol-based artist Ed Cheverton is all about having a good time. His creations – playful, quirky, and childlike – are a reflection of his character, and he admits that play is an essential part of his artistic process. \n\n\n\n
\u201cMaking art is one of the funnest things I can imagine, and that is mainly due to how much play can be introduced into art making,\u201d he shared in an interview with Visual Melt. \u201cIt can be very easy to slip into a routine or a method of working that\u2019s comfortable and reliable (something I\u2019m very guilty of at times). Having as much play with a project as possible can usually produce outcomes you wouldn\u2019t have thought of otherwise.\u201d \n\n\n\n
