One of them is Indonesian artist Jati Putra Pratama.\n\n\n\n<p>Pratma creates mind-bending landscapes that defy the laws of physics. In his works, a lush green forest expands vertically, the sea is split in the middle, and urban architecture is distorted in \u201cwavy\u201d shapes. Instead, it is finding the right photos for his idea. Once he manages to do that, the rest of the process is quite easy for him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Pratma, he started creating his surreal landscapes in 2015, with <em>Inception <\/em>being his primary inspiration. The movie features a number of scenes in which real-world architecture and physics get twisted. The interesting thing is that Pratma\u2019s own works have inspired others as well.
