Additionally, The Pok\u00e9mon Company, which produces the trading cards, is always looking for new ways and ideas to keep their releases exciting.\n\n\n\n</p><p>Recently, The Pok\u00e9mon Company decided to take an unexpected route and team up with chef Natsuko Shoji, the owner of Tokyo\u2019s famous \u00e9t\u00e9. Shoji was tasked with making a new artwork for Evee card, becoming the first chef in the world to do so.\n\n\n\n</p><p>Shoji\u2019s illustration was inspired by a tart desert she created, which consists of hexagon-shaped fruit fitted together for an aesthetically pleasing experience.
