She\u2019s the mastermind behind the viral Instagram page <em>Pie Lady Books, who\u2019s making the most picture-perfect pies inspired by her favorite novels.\n\n\n\n<p>Making pies was one of Hockersmith\u2019s favorite pastimes long before her creations went viral on Instagram. She\u2019s been making them for over a decade, and going gluten-free inspired her to dig deeper and start experimenting with her go-to pie crust recipe.\n\n\n\n</p><p>She eventually started sharing her creations on Instagram, and something extraordinary happened when she came up with the idea to mix her passion for baking and reading into one.\n\n\n\n</p><p>&ldquo;It became this huge passion for me that I never saw coming\u2026 There&rsquo;s certain books that the covers just speaks to me and I think &lsquo;I&rsquo;ve gotta make this into a pie.
