However, they are rarely in good condition since few predicted that the movie will be a pop culture phenomenon and start one of the most passionate fandoms out there.\n\n\n\n<p>Restoration experts from Fourth Cone Restoration were recently tasked with restoring one of the original <em>Star Wars movie posters to its former glory. The poster itself wasn\u2019t in particularly rough shape, although it featured various wrinkles and crests from being stored folded.\n\n\n\n<p>Fourth Cone Restoration decided to capture the process of restoring the poster on camera and shared it as a video on YouTube. The video showcases the techniques and artistry of the restoration process, and it is mesmerizing to watch how the imperfections are fixed.\n\n\n\n</p><p>The process includes giving the poster an unexpected bath, straightening it out, adding linen backing, and retouching the artwork using colored pencils and watercolors.
